Our economy is a wholly owned subsidiary of planet earth. Right now we consume 1.75x earth's available resources. What will happen if we keep it up?

This is the real debt and deficit we so rarely hear about, and which our children and grandchildren will pay for.

We must reorganise our economies based on the principles of sufficiency. Enoughness. That will mean investments where needed, and careful reductions in parts of the economy where we live well beyond our means.
We won't achieve change without courage.
We must take on decades of entrenched thinking.
But armed with sufficient spirit and knowledge, we can choose to reorganise our communities, businesses and economies around highly effective approaches - including some that have been shown to work in the past.
